Exchange Policy

We have a 7-Day Exchange Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

  • Wrong product received

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused, unworn, with tags

  • In original packaging

  • Must have proof of purchase

  • Share order details + issue images/video

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

  • Item is damaged

  • Wrong item is received

We will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials / flammable items

  • Sale items / gift cards


Important Notes

  • We do not offer returns or refunds

  • Only exchange is allowed under valid conditions
