Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our reports are personalised digital products generated immediately after payment. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are possible.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before the report has been generated. Once the report is generated and access is granted, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Duplicate payment: full refund of the extra amount.
• Payment deducted but no report delivered: we will either deliver the report or issue a full refund.
• Technical failure at our end that prevents you from accessing your report and cannot be resolved within 72 hours: full refund.
• No refund is available for change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the guidance or predictions in a correctly generated report.

How to request a refund

Email support@astroguru.store or WhatsApp +919999175609 within 7 days of payment with your name, registered mobile number and payment/order ID.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
